Who can benefit?

This product suits clients with equity in their property who are unable to go to the banks or simply do not have time to satisfy the red tape process. This product can be provided for business use or consumer use. For business use, serviceability is not an issue and it can be a pure asset lend. For consumer use there will be no financials needed however basic serviceability will need to be evidenced.

Why choose a private lender?

A private lender can often act much quicker than a bank or institutional lender. When assessing a loan application a private lender will primarily look at the underlying security property being in most cases, real property. This is why we refer to the Loan as a ‘Private Mortgage’. If you have sufficient equity in the security a private lender will lend against the asset rather then the character or credit history of the borrower or the credit risk the borrower may pose (note that if the loan is a Consumer Loan the lender will in most cases require evidence of the borrowers serviceability and income).

What is the security and how much can I borrow?

Our funding solutions require a mortgage over real estate security. The minimum loan is usually $20,000 and the maximum loan amount is usually $4,000,000. However larger amounts are available and we will consider a larger amount upon application. Loan terms are generally between 3 and 12 months with longer terms available upon request. A Private Lender will generally lend upto 70-75% of the value of the security property (depending on the type and location of the property).

How long does it take to approve my loan?

A verbal approval can be given over the phone and an Indicative Letter of Offer is usually issued within 24 hours. The speed and accuracy of the information provided by you to Easy-Settle Finance will greatly affect the time it takes to settle a loan. We guarantee that you will have a quick and Easy turnaround!
